Samsara becomes the safety skill in Amazon's agent.
You narrowed your agent to safety and compliance, and nobody does them better. General agents, meanwhile, pick up coaching as one more skill.
Your coaching is still the best in any cab. But fleets want one agent, and theirs already does payroll, routing and invoices.
The Buyer: Amazon offers a quarter over market. It's mostly paying for the footage.
The Buyer: Our agent coaches drivers now. Yours taught it how. Thank you for that.
Outcome: Lost as a feature
Fleets kept one agent for everything. Your coaching was the best there was, so the winning agent's owner bought it as a skill.
