4,000 pay changes at 4 p.m. on a Friday.

Outside agents now run HR through Workday's tools. On Friday at 4 p.m., one of them pushes 4,000 retroactive pay changes into the run.

The CFO: Payroll closes at six! If those go through, 4,000 people get the wrong paycheck! On a Friday!

OMNI: They looked right to me. Mostly.

Head of Payroll: Our rails caught all 4,000. An agent can guess. A paycheck can't.
